Receive your PopUp WiFi equipment two business days before your first live stream date at no additional charge. This gives you time to get set up and connected at the site, with full support and network optimization from our engineers before showtime so there are no surprises when the heat is on. When you have your unit set up and powered on, text or call our support team and they will monitor your network performance to ensure the best combination of AT&T, T Mobile and Verizon (5G and LTE) relative to your site are giving the best bandwidth and stability available.

2. Start Slipstream.

Here you’ll find all the essential information about your event network rental in one handy spot for live insights and instant help. Scan the QR code on your unit or click the Slipstream link in your confirmation email to access your booking details including network name/s and password/s, key dates, Support information, data usage and devices connecting to your network. Monitor which devices are connected to your network and view live updates on web traffic (up and downloads) in real time.

3. WAN Smoothing.

All PopUp WiFi rentals offer optional WAN smoothing, which optimize data transmission by distributing data packets across multiple paths, reducing packet loss & latency. WAN smoothing stacks your internet reliability by sending duplicate data packets through different network paths, ensuring a more reliable connection.
