Event Overview

This event seamlessly blends style, generosity, and community. With high-energy auctions, a captivating fashion show, and heartfelt stories of impact, the PARCA Spring Luncheon and Fashion Show is a one-of-a-kind celebration where philanthropy meets glamour—all for a powerful cause.

The PARCA Auxiliary is a dedicated group of volunteers passionate about supporting the vital mission of the PARCA Organization. The Auxiliary is the driving force behind PARCA’s fundraising efforts, with our annual Springtime Luncheon & Fashion Show being our signature event. This highly anticipated community gathering attracts hundreds of attendees from across the Bay Area each year, raising significant funds and awareness for PARCA’s crucial programs.

Guests enjoy an elegant afternoon that includes a gourmet lunch, a professionally produced fashion show featuring the latest seasonal trends, and both a silent and live auction with exciting items and experiences up for bid.

Producer’s Comments

“We’ve been using PopUp WiFi for the past several years. PopUp WiFi played a key role in supporting PARCA’s mission by ensuring seamless, reliable connectivity during the Spring Luncheon and Fashion Show. Their high-performance temporary WiFi enabled smooth execution of the silent and live auctions, guest check-in, and real-time donations—helping maximize fundraising efforts and elevate the overall guest experience. By powering the technology behind the event, PopUp WiFi helped PARCA raise critical funds to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Without reliable internet, key components of the event—like mobile bidding for the silent auction, live auction transactions, guest check-in, and real-time donations—could have stalled or failed entirely. It would have disrupted the guest experience, reduced fundraising potential, and created unnecessary stress for organizers. Thanks to PopUp WiFi, everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on our mission and our guests—not the tech. 10/10 recommend!”
