“From the beginning, PopUp WiFi helped by understanding our needs and helping to tailor a solution that fit our event. Due to the nature of Twitch Streaming, an enormous amount of upload bandwidth is needed, and this was a concern to us.

PopUp WiFi made a recommendation of the equipment we needed, while also doing tests in the area and providing worst-case/best-case scenarios for the internet in the area, helping to make the overall decision on our part easier.

Once we received the equipment setup was very easy, and the telephone support during this was amazing and easy to work with. The tech took the time to understand our needs and set up the network appropriately. There was some concern as we were not getting the upload speeds needed, but the tech explained how everything worked and that they would be continuing to monitor on their end.

The PopUp WiFi tech was amazing. As our event went live, as the tech had promised, our upload speed climbed and held solid for the entirety of our 8-hour event. It was like witnessing a tech miracle. There were absolutely no issues at all during our event with the internet, and with 11 machines streaming constantly, it was an amazing technical achievement.

I can not overstate how important the internet was for this event. Had the internet not worked properly, the event would have been a disaster. We are a small non-profit, and funds had already been spent to fly the influencers out, take care of food and lodging, as well as the equipment for the event. If the internet failed, the funds spent on this event would have been wasted.

In addition, this event was extra special as Stack Up was celebrating its tenth anniversary. Had the internet failed, our community would have been disappointed to not have the opportunity to celebrate with us over live streaming.

I would tell them not to hesitate and reach out to PopUp WiFi. I can not express how grateful we at Stack Up are for all the help and technical expertise that PopUp WiFi provided for this event. Their staff is knowledgeable and kind. They took the time to listen and understand what we were trying to do and, in the end, delivered on what they promised.

As it was our tenth anniversary, and also a fundraising event, the success of this mattered more than a lot of other events that we do. This was also our first live event post-COVID, so it was somewhat personal that we put on a good show. It was also important to us that we support the influencers who took the time to fundraise for us with the best that we can offer them, and thanks to PopUp WiFi, we had a smooth, professional event.
