The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Rodeo is an annual PRCA-sanctioned event that strengthens community ties between law enforcement and the public while celebrating Western heritage. Its goals are to raise funds for youth and local charities, promote positive engagement with the Sheriff’s Department, and spotlight key causes such as domestic violence and breast cancer awareness through themed nights. The three-day, family-friendly rodeo features professional competitions like bull riding, roping, and barrel racing, plus concerts, children’s activities, and vendor stalls. Over its history, the rodeo has donated more than a million dollars to community organizations and continues to grow in attendance, with recent years selling out. Partners such as the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians support ticket access for low-income families. Beyond entertainment, the event builds goodwill, supports local nonprofits, and showcases the Inland Empire’s spirit of community, service, and tradition.
