Event Overview
At Cloverleaf, there is an opportunity for everyone — children diagnosed with autism, cerebral palsy or Down syndrome; teens coping with abuse; young adults struggling with substance use disorders; elderly adults experiencing early signs of dementia or veterans regaining balance while recovering from PTSD.
Through therapeutic horseback riding, equine-assisted learning, physical and psychotherapy incorporating horses, or other equine-assisted services, Cloverleaf helps to build and focus on individuals’ abilities rather than disabilities.
The Cloverleaf Polo Classic is our premier community partnership and largest annual fundraising event to support our mission. Guests are treated to an afternoon of world-class polo, live and silent auctions, music, drinks and dining in the heart of Virginia’s picturesque hunt and wine country.
In addition to a wonderful day of watching polo, we provide a heartwarming demonstration during halftime of equine-assisted services featuring our Cloverleaf clients.
Producer’s Comments
“We reached out to PopUp WiFi for the third time this year because we needed reliable WiFi at our event to enable for us to do online silent auction item descriptions, bidding, and cashless payments. If our internet didn’t work, the whole production would have been more time-consuming to check in the guests. We would have to have gone to paper and pen for the auction, which can put our fundraising efforts at risk. PopUp WiFi always delivers the goods and would recommend their services to any other producers.”
