2. Log in to Slipstream.
Here you’ll find all the essential information about your event network rental in one handy spot for live insights and instant help. Scan the QR code on your unit or click the Slipstream link in your confirmation email to access your booking details including network name/s and password/s, key dates, support information, data usage and devices connecting to your network.

3. CAPTIVATE your guests.
Get your exhibitors and guests checked in quickly with priority connection for staff devices. If want to give your guests internet access as they arrive, you can add a second login to your WiFi. This configuration gives staff first access to bandwidth and the guests can access the remaining, meaning you can get the important things done first. And of course, you can keep any eye on your network in real-time on your Slipstream dashboard.

6. Lead capture.

Using custom-branded login screens, sponsors or VIP exhibitors can maximize their ROI by collecting email addresses from guests letting them stay connected long after the trade show ends. And with the ability to add an automatic URL redirect, guests can be taken right to a website of their choice after connecting to the free sponsored WiFi.

7. After the event.
When the show’s over, pop your units back in the boxes they arrived in, attach the included shipping label (or download them from Slipstream) and drop your unit off to your nearest UPS store. Remember: units are due back to UPS the next business day after your event ends. So please return your gear on time or standard rental fees apply. Then, that’s it – you’re done!
