The most common question we get is “how does it all work?”. Since 2014, we’ve been building managed event internet solution that anyone can operate with our full phone support, 24/7. The process is super straightforward. First, you need to request a quote using our online Quote Builder or by booking a call with our expert Solutions team. We’ll run through our due diligence processes to understand the cellular performance on all carriers at your event location using powerful data we get direct from Ookla. We’ll create and send your custom quote by the following business day. Once you’ve placed your order, pay your invoice and our techs will pre-configure your network for your event needs – and voila! Your PopUp WiFi delivery will be delivered to your door (or sent to your nearest UPS store for collection if that makes more sense). Then all you need to do is set it up 4’-10’ off the ground and add AC power, then you’re ready. Once that final curtain falls, all you need to do is put it back in the box it came in, attach the included shipping labels and get it to your nearest UPS. Job done!
