Orders placed by 2 pm Pacific Time Monday to Friday can be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery from Los Angeles, inventory permitting. We recommend shipping to a FedEx store near your venue or hotel for collection, which avoids last-mile courier delays and keeps pickup flexible. Order at least 4 days before your event to avoid rush shipping, and book 30+ days ahead for free shipping. When the show ends, pack the unit into its padded box and drop it at any FedEx store using the return label in your Slipstream dashboard.
