PopUp WiFi has been an integral part of our events success for the past 3 years. We used 11 units this year to support and enhance both front and back of house production. From the staff room, VIP lounge, teacher/sponsor check in and payments, and store purchases, the units gave the staff reliable internet to work from while providing a smooth and quality guest experience. We used a few units to stream and produce our 3 live shows with an attendance of 3,500. Units were also used for high speed uploads in our contest edit room and for onsite judging of over 1,000 contests, which is vital in the quick turn around time of our awards. All of the 40+ sessions and workshops were supported by PopUp WiFi, allowing both speakers and attendees to focus on the educational vs technical aspect. Our exhibitor floor also used the internet to share with high level sponsors and execute the red carpet event. Quite honestly, if the internet did not work at our biggest event of the year with over 3,500 attendees, STN would probably have to file for bankruptcy!!
