  • Additional Notes:
    • Support calls and some network performance data are logged to help us serve you better.

PopUp WiFi LLC warrants that the provided hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. Beyond the initial 12 months, this warranty will remain in effect provided that a monthly management subscription remains active without interruption.

2. What is Covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

  • Malfunctions arising from manufacturing errors.

3. What is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Water Damage: Any damage resulting from exposure to water or other liquids.

  • Drops and Physical Impact: Damage caused by dropping the product or other impacts.

  • Damage caused by shipping the unit without a padded box.

  • Normal wear and tear of the product.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.

  • Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.

  • Cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Assessment: We will assess the product to determine if the damage is covered under this warranty.

  3. Resolution: If covered, we will repair or replace the product at no additional charge. If not covered, we will inform you of repair or replacement options at your expense.

5. Monthly Management Subscription

  • Continuity Requirement: To maintain warranty coverage beyond the initial 12-month period, your monthly management subscription must remain active without lapse.

  • Subscription Lapse: If the subscription is terminated or lapses, the extended warranty coverage will cease immediately.

  • Reactivation: Reinstating the subscription after a lapse does not reinstate the extended warranty coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability

PopUp WiFi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Some regions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
