What does the subscription include?
The subscription “keeps the lights on” and is annual, billed monthly. It includes all the enterprise-grade hardware and software licences we use to cloud-manage your network, including Aruba, Peplink, FusionSIM and SpeedFusion licenses, access to genuinely unthrottled connections from AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, routine maintenance, 24/7 live management and support from our Peplink-certified network engineers. The subscription includes 100GB data pack per month.
When do I get the free Terabyte of data?
We will add a Terabyte of free data to your account when you purchase a PopUp WiFi unit from our rental fleet outright. You’ll see the TB data pack on your Slipstream dashboard when your hardware purchase has been paid in full.
Does the free Terabyte of data expire?
No, the free Terabyte of data sits on your account until used up. You can keep an eye on the balance on your Slipstream dashboard.
How much is additional data?
Data packs start at $50 for 10GB ($5/GB), or $2,350 for 1TB pre-paid packs.
Can I set a rate-limit on a PopUp WiFi guest network to conserve data?
Yes, we can apply a rate limit, e.g. 5/1 (download/upload) per guest, to limit the amount of data each device connected to the guest network consumes.
